I've heard that the last KJ release, cans of KJ sold out to folks who were there around 8am on Saturday morning. Growlers obviously lasted a little longer.

Yup all beer was accounted for super early for that KJ release. Seems like they have quite a bit more beer for tomorrow, but I bet a lot of people show up really early for 9 cans and a 2L fill of V Hazy. One of the best Saturday lineups in a long time for the first 200 or so people

This Bright w/ Nelson batch is outrageous.

Yup, I'm really impressed with this beer. First time that I've had it. Been dying to try it since I had eureka with nelson.

Seriously under rated. VH is my favorite whale. I'm almost more excited for this version of bright. Sadly, I know that VH will keep better so I won't let the bright sit.

I just cracked my last can of bright from the last release which was pretty recent and the fall off was obvious. Was a great batch too. I've noticed it in the past with bright as well. Won't let these cans sit.

Anyone with king Julius left? How's it tasting? I found someone with a can for a reasonable trade but I'm worried that at 6 weeks it's nearing the end of its life. Still worth it?

I cracked one Monday. Couldn't tell a difference. Same with my older can of vh. Those seem to keep well. I just listed my last one and after every one I couldn't help but think that it was over rated. That may just be me.

I'm of the impression that kj benefits more from the jjj version than regular julius.

I didn't notice any drop off. Don't have a golden tounge though. I'm sure some may.

Let the hype train begin and justifiably so. Got here at 8 am to get VH for my cousins wedding. I'm currently ~25 in line. I'm also 3 hours early. Going to be a fun day.

Why's the hype train beginning this morning?

Because people who never had it before yesterday or ever will show up today based on word of mouth. And in droves.

Honestly besides Juice Machine, Very Hazy is my favorite dipa from TH. And I've tried them all. The hype is real and it's spectacular.

I had afterimage and it absolutely blew me away and If I had to pick one more I'd say nothing gold (minor Maine bias)
Edit: completely forgot about DDH mosaic dream that was awesome I have to put that in there

Was 29th in line. Crazy fast in and out. Maybe 15 minutes tops from when they opened the doors.

Since they sold out of cans super early you can probably just walk in later in the day and get 1 2L of Very Hazy easily before closing.

Was expecting way more people today.

Anybody know if "all that is" will be brewed with any frequency or will it be as limited as In Perpituity?

I suspect it was more of a wedding anniversary one- off.

Yep, maybe it'll appear again September of next year, or never? It seems like In Perpetuity will probably appear again next year at the same time.

I feel like All That... will go the way of Beneficiaries of Chance and may not appear again.

I have a feeling that In Perpetuity will become an annual September brew and Nate will continue to brew another new anniversary brew each year in addition to IP.

That would be too bad. I've had Good Morning several times, and I prefer All That Is.... It's my favorite of the TH beers that I've had the pleasure of trying.

Looking for a little advice from the TH-going community on nearby kayaking spots. I'll be bringing my brother and cousin out that way next Friday and we're looking to kill some time on the water before they open.

Can anyone recommend any nice rivers or other bodies of water (w/ or w/o rental opportunities). Thanks to all!!!
