Very interesting. Note that the labels say pint (16 oz) as opposed to 16.9 oz.

This is huge news if true.

I believe those are the prospective labels, I think that labels need to go through some kind of bureaucratic approval and that site is showing them. This would be for future batches not yet brewed or being brewed now, not old batches.

The labels also say "100% brewed and canned on premises..."

Wow, this awesome news. My Singlecut consumption will go up exponentially if they start canning and the price is inline with the market for cans.

Did you see their IG post the other day? It could be for their crowlers, but singlecut did respond says "just taking one day at a time"

Maybe they are going the way of trillium...IPA's in cans and bottling line for everything else (sours, stouts, etc.). It would be great if they did this!

Mo Shuggie & Bon Bon are back next week. Really wish they would can these. I would buy a case of each.

This would be interesting, this summer when I was there, someone on the tour asked about canning and they said they would never use a mobile canner, since they are adamant of doing everything in-house.

Curious, but how much does a bottling line cost? and how does it compare to lets say, one brand new 60bbl fermenter?

I think cans are inevitable. Kane once used a mobile caner for one run then never canned again until they got their own line. I appreciate that, a lot of breweries rush into things but 9/10 times things turn out better with a little patience.

I saw a pic on untappd where the new batch of Bon Bon looked clear. Not Hazy like it usually is. Anybody have a similar beer? Please post pics.

Wouldn't be surprised, unfortunately Singlecut is pretty known for inconsistencies. That being said when they are good they are good and when bad it's still pretty good.

This batch of bon2x was a little bland and slightly flavorless not the same juicy character I'm accustomed to tasting

this must be a different batch than I had 2 weeks ago, because the Bon Bon I had was just as murky as the 18-watt i also drank, and it was very very hop-pungent.

Harry doesnt mind sounds super interesting.

Different yeast strain then their house strain.

Described it as round and soft

in the blog on their site about whats new this week, they mentioned that they are going to start canning in December.

also, Mo Shuggie in bottles this wednesday, a new DIPA on tap on Thursday (using this different yeast strain they talked about with Harry Doesn't Mind), and Brett Bon Bon on tap on Friday.

definitely getting down there Thursday after work.
