Dominion has a phat stack of Born Yesterday.

 

Is it a different bottling date from the drop from last week?

 

TW Alexandria has Omnipollo Bianca Raspberry, Wicked Weed La Bonte Plum, Wicked Weed Pompoen and they had Allagash Farm to Face (grabbed the last bottle).

 

No, same date (10/17?) and still just as good. Bought two 6ers yesterday, and wish I would've bought more. One of the best widely distributed beers I've had in a very long time.

 

Founders Harvest (bottled 10/3) on the shelves at Craft Beer Cellar. They also had the first bottles of Singlecut I've seen around town, their Bon Bon 2xTNT IIPA, bottled on 10/19! Still haven't seen any Born Yesterday in stores yet.

 

Any idea if Singlecut will make it to NoVA?

I'm just finishing another growler and it's insanely good. Reminds me of a danker Grimm IPA--hazy bright orange, with tons of tangerine on the nose. Killer.

 

Coming back today after a week away. Did Born Yesterday finally hit DC proper??

 

Just got one and amazingly still several bottles left. They sold out in hours last year...

I was blown away as well. I had this a few years ago and don't recall it being anywhere near this good. So much bright aroma and flavor - str8 peach juice

 

Agree 100%, this year was every bit as good or better than last year. All of my friends also agreed it's an outstanding beer. I'd venture to say if this beer was in an Aslin crowler, no one would bat an eyelash. Also what's great about it, it isn't overpriced and there is a ton for everyone!

 

Wegmans in Dulles/Sterling had a decent amount of the following today: Born Yesterday ($12), Backwoods Bastard ($13), Founders Harvest ($13), Victory Harvest ($10). No limit on the BB, it was on the floor not behind the service desk where they tend to keep the more limited stuff.

 

I just picked up a bottle at lunch. There were probably another 6 left that were visible at the bar.

 

Anyone know when backwoods is supposed to hit MD disto? Looks like NoVA has it, and MD get releases a little later than them, so I'm assuming we should see some poping up next week?

 

I talked to a founders rep on Saturday and he said within the next week or two. He said it was being sent to Maryland distributors this week.

 

KBS at U Wine and Beer for $14.99...per bottle. God, why do I even go there?
