    Wild horses are pretty amazing. I've run into them a few times on Utah trips. Makes me think "Are these some of the Hole in the Wall Gangs offspring ponys"?

    A chicken. Until I got shamed out of it.

    Platanos maduros most likely. I haven't thought about it yet. They were cheap and I haven't made plantains in a while. A plantains foster-ish dish sounds ok. Maybe just brown butter it up.
