Bell's Black Note (& more!) in Dayton, Ohio - Oct. 6

    For those who don't know, Big Beers and Barley Wines in Dayton, Ohio has some of the most ridiculous beers of any festival that I've seen.

    INCLUDING BELLS BLACK NOTE!111 WALEZ

    They will also have some rarities like Even More Jesus, BLACK Rajah (dark version of White Rajah, yum), KBS, Founders FMB, Plead the 5th, and a whole bunch more.

    It's seriously a ******edly awesome event.

    How far is Dayton from Joliet? 5hrs?

    How come this thread hasn't been deleted? It's a blatant ad for a singular business...I'm just saying. The MOD's around this place are terribly unfair...

    Um... It's a thread about an event, for charity, held at a fairground. Not an ad. Sorry if you own a business related to but not included in this fest.....

    No, my business has no relation to this event, although I wouldn't mind it to be. I'm far far away. I also didn't realize it was for a charity.

    It is indeed for charity, not a business. I probably should have mentioned that in the original post. And btw I am not benefiting from this thread, I am buying a ticket and attending like anyone else.

    I can put you in touch with the coordinators of the event if you would like to be involved.

    EDIT: Involved with next year's event that is.

    Went to Valpo Beer Fest yesterday.
    Bell's brought Black Note: Frickin' nice! I made a few trips back for that one.

    Bummer you can't make it. Natalie from Belmont Party Supply and Pam from RHA work all year to get a ridiculous beer selection for this event, it's pretty awesome. Last year they got CBS!
