Futilely putting up in ISO in the trade forums now. I've had a success rate of about 1:20 when I've posted for Swish

 

How do you like the latest batch?

 

What are putting up for trade, then? Examples?

 

Today's closure is a Shire Stout from Ramses brewery. Obscure beer in international context, but high quality.
The subtitle translates to something like: A complex beer for complicated people. That doesn't revere to me ofcourse. I do like complex beers however

I think you'd have a better rate if more of us lazy Californians would post more Highland Park, Noble, Mumford, etc. posts. "Bring the Mountain to Muhammad!"

 

Veritas, for example, or Highland Park/Modern Times special release cans. I know Monkish would land Swish in a second, but it's not often that I can stand in line for 2+ hours (after driving 1+ hours to get to the brewery). Ironically, the last time I got Swish, my trade partner sent it on good faith "for something good in the future." Sigh.

 

Interesting. I would think Veritas would suffice, that or the BA Monsters Park releases. The NE folks sure do like their stouts, I'll say that much! Maybe with the Infinite Wishes release coming up?

 

Yep, I'm picking up a bunch of Infinite Wishes this time around, maybe that will do it.

EDIT: Darkstar November couldn't land it either. Anyway, I'd better stop before I derail the thread.

 

Wish I could join you and @Prager62 also, but my state didn't approve it. So I have been watching everyone drink it like it was Sierra Nevada Pale Ale and I have only had one 2 ounce pour at EBF 3 years ago. Jealous boys!

What the.......?? Any idea why? ABV? Distro issues?

 

Never made it to my area either, although I got a 10oz pour in Wilmington, NC.

 

Now at Foundation. On the left is a bottle pour of Fading Light, a Dark Brett ale and on the right is Epiphany.

 

The rep himself told me not going to happen this year because the State, wish I knew the exact reason. Supposedly for a State who's motto is Live Free or Die, they are difficult. Still haven't licensed Expresso and Chocolate Yeti and also Old Ruffian. Wish I could tell you the exact problem.
