I heard the ballet school lady was whippin it even harder than usual, she's still the #1 suspect for the fire marshall calling as well, no doubt.

Glad to hear it's going smoother than before. I'm personally still waiting for 2 or 3 successful releases with 'the DIPAS' being on the list before I return, but this sounds like a step in the right direction!

Got on line at 3:03, like Goobawl said, maybe 60 in line. I was back in my car at 3:28. Very well run.

Why don't they offer ballet school lady some free beer? One taste of Orange Starfish and she'll stfu forever.

Leave it to NOVA to punish success. A brewery comes along and blows everyone away and this is how they get treated. Lots of lessons can be learned from this case.

How long is the typical wait for a growler line on a Saturday?

How long is a typical growler wait on a Sunday? I was hoping to arrive at 1 and leave by 3.
Is it reasonable to expect a 2 hour total process time?

I'm also bringing in RAR's strawberry milkshake imitation they're releasing this weekend if anyone wants to trade for it.

Why must you insist on trading? How about some sharing? Or is that not how we do it anymore?

Just depends. I went at closing last Saturday and had no wait and all beers still available.

Its also great for skiing, I guarantee your normal growlers can't keep your hot beer hot all day in those conditions.

I usually open the lid (so the pressure doesn't build up) then actually set it right on the burner. Once you see steam coming out of the top, immediately take it off the burner and get the cap right back on. Nice, hot DIPA all day. Yum!

I've never been to Aslin before, and I saw on a Yelp photo that 32oz IPA fills are Crowlers only. Is this still the case? Thanks for any information.

They haven't done crowlers in a while, not sure if they plan to do them again in the future. Recently they have just been filling growlers with a limit of 128oz per person, 64oz per beer. They will post details for each day (typically Thu-Sun) they are open for growlers fills on social media, usually day of. Also, they won't fill long skinny neck growlers but anything else is fine.

Thanks! and forgive my ignorance. I don't fill many growlers. What is a long neck growler?

She's actually not the #1 suspect for the fire marshal caller...it's another business on that block though that has been the biggest culprit for calling...I don't think she's called at all honestly.

They actually had a bunch of crowlers pre-filled, including their sick new art work slapped on 'em.

Anyone try a can of Astro Zombie? Had a gristy character I didn't recall from earlier batches. Good, but not great.
