    Drinking this Tibetan Pale Ale that was brought to me by my Bro In Law after a trip to Lhasa. First things first this beer is 10 months old so it doesn't taste all that great. It is very malty with minimal hop profile. Not really that it is stale old hops just a pretty non existent mellow and muddled hop profile. I will have to power through to down this one but think I can manage. It is a interesting bottle and at least I can now say I've had a Tibetan beer.

    Having a Mosaic Hop Explosion from Kees Brewery. Lovely beer, when you like Mosaic hops, that is. Fills your nose already with aroma when you open and pour it.

    For those of you that are planning to use photobucket ; I saw a message on the website warning that there may be some performance issues today because of maintenance (or something like that).

    This picture below is on photobucket. As long as it shows all will be fine I guess.

    Another world-class effort by RAM. Shaun continues to pump out amazing beer. This one may be the best NE style DIPA yet, IMHO.
    I am also a big Mosaic fan so I could be a tad biased in my review :rolling_eyes::rolling_eyes:

    Some more Mosaic Hops. This is a special edition Mosaic Pale ale from 'T IJ Brewery. Light, tasteful and fresh. Nice, but maybe more suitable for warmer days.
