someone commented on their IG that it was definitely not punge. Not sure how someone would know or not but curious why you are thinking punge? Wasn't the last can design bit different?

He was just basing it on the fact that they just redid the punge label. No inside info.

 

Guessing a Thursday release then? Although lately there hasn't been much of a pattern.

 

Yeah right.......who knows. It wan'ts changed on MLK week, was it?

Heading over your guys' way Saturday with a buddy for his birthday. What are the odds of any cans being there, based on recent release dates and how long they've lasted? Don't care if they aren't #whalez

 

Trendler Pils is one of the cans this week, that lasted until the following week last time it was released.

 

Yeah unless the yield is very small the Pils will probably last until Saturday. They did do an extra can release over the weekend so I'm wondering if the yield this week will be small on the pilsner.

Hope not. It sounds like a nice change up from all the IPAs and I enjoy their non-IPAs (specifically their farmhouse beers). Cheers! Hope to see some of you folks there.

 

If you know what time you are going to the Fermentaria, you can make reservations for a table on their website. Sometimes it can get crowded depending on the day. Also - if you are a first time visitor, go to both locations

 

kind of a bummer the café 5th ann party is off site but I guess the crowd it'll draw will be too big.

 

If I'm there on Saturday somewhere between 12-3 should I bother with a reservation? Don't want to if I don't have to because then I have to stick to a time but if you think it's necessary I can make it happen.


I've actually been before, months back for Peach/BlackBerry Milkshake and then decided I'd never do that again lol. The Cafe is far and away my preference, got to try Choc Rasp Milkshake which I loved. Thanks for the tips.

 

If your times are flexible you will probably be fine. My wife prefers the cafe food, so we don't usually get a table at the Fermentaria

 

Last years Cafe 4th anniversary was a great event. It was like old school tired hands without the BS line shenanigans of the Fermentaria party. I was really looking forward to St Fiver at the cafe

 

Bring earplugs. Those bands are pretty metal.

 

Every show I've been to at Union Transfer, they only serve beer in plastic cups. Last time they had HopHands on tap, I joked that I was surprised Tired Hands lets their beer be served in plastic.
