We have just been getting CRUSHED on draft by y'all lately. Thank you for your humbling support. With that said, just so there are no surprises, we currently only have 2 beers available on draft:
    ~Dirt Nap-8.8%-DIPA w/Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy, and Nelson
    ~IdonteverEVERwanttoBU-9.3%-double dry-hopped 0 IBU DIPA w/Citra and Mosaic

We do not fill growlers and will not have any crowlers available.

We will have tons of merch available including gold ink houses glasses and enamel pins.

Smokie JOE'S BBQ will be here all night with the eats.

The weather is going to be awesome and we'll have our patio all set up. Open 4-11pm tonight. Come hang!

^^Also mentioned in that post was there will be 2 hoppy cans released next week. No hint at whether they would be new beers or returning. Details to be known by Saturday evening.

Releases for this coming Tuesday (Feb. 28th)
    ____________________________________________________
Weekend at Broznies is Broz Night Out(our 100% Citra DIPA) but with a TON of Pineapple added. This time we actually added almost 100lbs more pineapple purée. This batch smokes the first batch fo sho. Entirely too drinkable for 9.2% ABV. Shooting for approx 170-185 cases. $18+tax/4-pack. 1x case/6x 4-packs per person limit.

Crucial Shredder (DEBUT) is kind of a mash-up between Master Shredder(our house IPA) and Crucial Taunt(our house DIPA). Master Shredder is a 5.5% IPA hopped with a proprietary hop blend, but mainly with Mosaic. Crucial Taunt is an 8% DIPA hopped with a proprietary hop blend, but mainly with Citra. It's no secret that we love Citra hops, so we thought it would be cool to see how Master Shredder would taste by substituting the Mosaic portion of the blend for Citra. The results are incredible! We still love Master Shredder and will keep the recipe the same, but this is such an awesome spin on the original. Super pumped on this hazy crusher. Shooting for approx 170-185 cases. $14+tax/4-pack. 1x case/6x 4-packs per person limit.

    *LIMITS SUBJECT TO CHANGE*

Weekend at Broznies sounds terrible but I bet that Crucial Shredder is good.

It was better than I expected. Maybe not a ton of it, but I'd definitely buy it again, fwiw.

Weekend at Broznies might actually be their best fruited DIPA, IMO. Not sure I like the idea of them adding more pineapple, but the first batch was really solid. Not grabbing any for myself, since I can't slam 9.2% dipas every evening, but Crucial Shredder should be a nice addition as I prefer Citra to Mosaic.

I've had at least a half dozen Veil hoppy beers and Weekend at Broznies was actually my favorite.

In general I'm not a fan of the fruited IPAs, but so far Broznies has been my favorite fruited I've had. Definitely something I'd have again in the summer, I'm good for now though.

Still, they've dialed in the beers a lot lately and I've been a big fan of the recent batches of just about everything. Recent batches of Broz Night and We Ded were better than the last batches. If Broznies follows suit, I'd fully expect it to be better this go. Haven't seen a super "clear" dipa in a while, Eternal Lord Shredder is the last disappointment that comes to mind.

Had my first Veil experience last Tuesday. Was surprised to see so many people lined up an hour before they opened. Asked the first guy in line what time he arrived and he said noon. Nuts. The beers were pretty good. On par with most of the breweries in the bay area as far as current cans go (Moonraker and Alvarado). I was a bit surprised to see them charging $7.50 for 12 ounces. That's more than what we pay in the bay area and we're known to be one of if not the most expensive beer spots in the US.

$7.50 for 12oz draft pour seems pretty in line with market rate for that kind of beer/brewery.

More nuts than you'd know, last weeks release wasn't really hyped, apparently there was zero line after 5.
Also maybe I'm a sucker but $7 for quality DIPA's doesn't seem too out of line, pretty nice that you are getting them for less in the bay area.

One of the positives was that I was gone by 4:33, gulped down all four draft offerings and headed home with my cans. Very nice to be able to drink draft beer while you wait in line for your cans.

Does anyone know if the announcement post for the 1 Year Anniversary party being deleted means it’s no longer being announced today?

Are you referring to their Twitter comment from a couple weeks ago Veil took down or the post on the BTV page from earlier today? I think the person who posted on the BTV page was referring to a possible date change for the anniversary party but his source was not anyone with the brewery so I assumed he deleted it. And the brewery did not confirm that date so to be safe and cover all bases that guy removed his comment and Veil deleted their mention of a date from a couple week's ago if in fact it is changing....

Jeez...so much for hoping some would left on Friday. A little surprised these two sold more than last weeks but I guess the "new" one excited people.
