    Maris Otter, wheat, and chocolate malt; Columbus, Chinook, and Centennial hops; English ale yeast, and their local Grimstad water. 23,5°P, 80 IBU, 10% ABV …

    If I was a commercial brewer, this beer would come in like 'shock & awe'. I’m not a brewer by trade, so enjoying this wonderful beer (and sharing with my wife).
