EWS Mosaic was amazing. I would drive down for more of that every weekend.

I loved the new batch of blabe and really really loved the new batch of best fwends with citra and motueka....just killer. I know a lot of us in Cleveland that make this trip for these beers frequently!

Anyone have a line on what they are going to release next?

I've got it on good authority that the next release will include beer and it will be in cans. But keep that tightlipped until an official announcement is made. I'd hate to burn bridges with my insiders!

Trevor, etc... if you read this, can we get more frequent updates of the brewpub tap list on beermenus? I love filling up growlers at the brewpub, but the updates on the draft list have been sporadic at best. I've been turning to untappd for updates, but that's a pain...

For everyone else-- The brewpub has a new lactose DIPA that tastes like a creamsicle. Worth trying if ya'll get the chance. One of the bartenders said that SOE would be next in Marengo. He seemed to be not-so-knowledgeable, so take this info with a grain of salt.

I saw fresh cans of Nitro Belloq on pallets on Friday at the Brewpub.

Wonder if this is just a work ethic/quality of life choice or if something is getting in the way, because these releases are really sporadic and spaced out.

Eh, I think it is due to the fact that all the recent releases have been double releases. They only have so much capacity.

I love the double releases... I only need to drive to Marengo once to get the beer that I used to get in two trips.

The double releases are a great step up for them, ironically I haven't attended one yet. You're spot on regarding their capacity as well, that's definitely a factor. Just seems like the spacing is quite wide lately. I know Tree House is bigger, but they do releases 4 days a week, new beers on two or there of those days, every week. They are work horses of a different nature--not that they're better or worse. Just providing a lopsided apples to oranges point of comparison. :stuck_out_tongue:

How do Hoof Hearted releases work? I'm going to be passing through the area in the early afternoon on the 9th and figured I may as well try adding this to the itinerary. Tickets guarantee allotment? Do tickets sell out immediately? Do you need a ticket to swing by the brewery and have something on tap if I strike out on tickets?

BTW it looks like they will be releasing South of Eleven and Tickling the Ivories.

    Yes.

Generally yes, unless it's a less hyped beer.

Nope, feel free to drop by for some drafts, swag, metal or hair band music, and bottle shares.

Hey now, how is it that you are informing us of this?! lmao!

Even if you don't get tickets in the first couple of minutes, some will reappear occasionally for awhile as they expire in peoples carts. I think you should be more worried about the 4 stroke lead you blew on the back nine though.

Sure this get's asked quite a bit, but given their sporadic release schedule. What is the best way to get access to their beer via tap if you're only in the area for a short time?

I'm flying in next Thursday afternoon and have meetings in Cleveland Friday AM. Would love to at least try some stuff. Do they send any kegs into the Cleveland area?

They're in the Columbus area, so if you aren't able to make it to the brewpub down there (the best way to get their beer on tap outside of a scheduled can release at the brewery), your chances are slim to none. You might find something at Taco Tonto's, but you should check ahead of time.
