Anyone know if any new TG deliveries were made to south eastern Wisconsin this week?

 

Their distribution volume has ramped up considerably since FL started brewing. Will the expansion at Decorah be able to keep up? I also seem to recall plans to move the contract brewing from FL to MO eventually, not shut it down completely. Plus, aren't they also contract brewing some stuff in WI?

 

I just know Florida is going away, not sure about what will happen to MO and WI contract brews.

 

I was under the impression that they would use the Brewhub (FL and perhaps MO) on top of the WBC to continue expanding. If they keep selling the contract-brewed stuff, there's no reason to stop brewing it, I would imagine- but perhaps use it to send along more stuff to new distro.

 

This is just from memory since I can't find the tweet right now, but I thought I remember Clark saying something about how they were going to keep the FL brewery and use it for other areas of the nation outside of the midwest. The midwest would get stuff from the Decorah site. I do know that Clark wants like 3 taprooms in Iowa, so we'll see what happens in the next few years.

 

Correct!!...Midwest will get the Decorah goods, other states will get the cans. I specifically remember him saying that they were looking to expand on East Coast and that FL Brew Hub would help them accomplish that.

 

That wasn't the Decorah canning line. Mike is over in Germany meeting with the company that is manufacturing the new canning line that will eventually go in the new Decorah brewery. It was a "demo" at the manufacturing facility. We still have a LONG time before cans will be coming out of Iowa.

heard the most places only got like one case of fire and skulls in the south eastern part of WI
