    In the ridiculous that is the beer world nowadays all it takes for me is a kind gesture of a friend sending an unexpected box! Didn't even know there was a fresh batch and a couple days after bottling there it sits on my doorstep!!

    Wife was so happy with the first bench, I've spent the day making a second one. My garage smells like sweat, sawdust, and stain. It's breaktime.

    Rainy, wet and cold outside, had plans to do yard work today, will have to wait until this afternoon to see if it clears up. Meanwhile I will sip on this for a while.

    Checked out the release date on Epic's website since I forgot how this one has been in my Cellar, Release date was 12/29/14, not quite as old as I thought it was. Tasting great today though.

    Nice! Maybe I can meet you up at Thousand Steps. It's been a while since I've been down there even though I only live 10 miles from it. Used to be the missus and my favorite beach, other than Strands and a couple places down in San Clemente. Let me know, and I'll bring the grill and the Swami's!

    Still have about 8 cans left. Meant to reply to you the other day about Lush and weather it is still holding up.The last batch I got was brewed on 2/20/17, so at just a bit over 2 months I have not noticed any fall off of flavor, aroma or hops. Today is cold and wet outside, got a fire going in my wood burner so just not feeling the tropical vibe of Lush today, Big Bad Baptist seemed more fitting for today. Cheers my friend!
