Artisanal Brewing Ventures Charlotte Brewery?

    Back last February 2016, Artisanal Brewing Ventures announced that they would be building a Southern Tier / Victory brewery in Charlotte. Since the initial announcement there's been radio silence.

    Has anyone heard anything on this front?

    Southern Tier did a collab with Sugar Creek from CLT, a maple IPA aged w/ oak. That's the only new development as far as I know.

    Yes but not allowed share exactly where the site will be...yet. From what I know from a reputable source is that there will be a separate brewpub and production facility. The brewpub will be in near some of Charlotte's olde breweries.

    Production facility location has been more tight lipped and I have only heard rumors on that.

    The news should be out soon on the brewpub location as the developers closed on the property last week.

    Pretty sure brewpub will be in the Bowers Fiber building, near OMB/Great Wagon Road/Sugar Creek/Good Road. As @NoMoreBeerBelly alluded to :slight_smile:
