No 16oz cans. 12oz all day. They would still charge the same price and give you 8 fewer ounces than a sixer. That's 3/4 of a bottle/can.

But I regards to your first question, Off Color is probably the last of the well known breweries to do bottles.

I had Marz Midway Falconer's Flight at the Beer Cellar. It was a miss for me. Maybe those Hops don't play well with that style?

Also had Mikerphone Say Uhhh. This was really good. I usually like his 1-3 Hop beers as opposed to something like Say Me Fantastic which had 5 I think. This was a medley as well but it worked well for me. A real juice bomb

Say Uhh was fantastic. One of my favorite NEIPAs from Mikerphone so far. Glad I have 2 more bottles but wished I would have gotten more.

So looks like Warpigs (FFF/Mikkeller) will distro Chicago and have a hazy ipa.

Say Uh was really good. Miker is so close to becoming a dynasty.

Other ruminations on the current state of affairs in chi:
    1. Hopbutcher is a total joke. garbage tasting saisons. They have no place even being discussed on this NEIPA page.
    2. I'm really enjoying Corridor. Reign In & Van Hazen were a breath of fresh air.
    3. Dying for More Brewing to open. We may have a 3 headed monster on our hands soon!

    1. Well...you'll find plenty of people here who agree, and plenty who don't. I'd personally put both the original batch of Galaxy Bowl and the latest batch over the majority of Mikerphone's stuff that I've had (although Check 1, 2 is top tier), but I understand that a lot of the newer HB stuff hasn't been in the style people were hoping for. Saisons is a huge stretch, though. :stuck_out_tongue:

    2. Agreed on Corridor. Between them and Forbidden Root, Chicago has a very strong one-two brewpub punch. Squeezit is one of the best NE beers I've had to date, and a couple of the FR offerings have been right up there.

    3. I'm sure More will be great, and I'm happy for more options for the suburban peeps. I'll probably never make it out there, but there's enough great shit nearby that I'm okay with that!

Just cracked Hubbard's Cave Fresh V5 and it's awesome. Thanks to the previous comments re: it and recommending it. Thought I was going to miss out on it but Binny's on Grand have them out on the shelf now if that is your spot. Really great. Could smell the aroma pouring out as soon as I cracked the cap off.

Forbidden Root and Corridor are leading the way for me and it's a step down to talk about Miker- Hubbards - then way down for the rest right now....

More Brewing can't come soon enough

    Agreed.

I'd also put Noon Whistle a tad below Miker/Hubbard. Not quite as good, but very close. And honestly, if they consistently put out cans, I'd take that over the bombers from the other guys any day.

So I had a previous trading buddy that I was talking to and he said he was excited for a box... his fault not asking me first but the guy he traded with told him TightHead Pitcher of Nectar cans are fire??!? They most certainly are not... it's an average beer and nothing bothers me more when homers lie about what a great beer is. I had it last week.. it doesn't touch anything we just have been mentioning.. shame on whoever did this...
