^^^ Seriously lol. "Triple Hopped" as a standalone adjective is worthless, it just means the beer had three hop additions. I would assume they're referring to 1) boil/bittering hops; 2) late addition; 3) dry hop, but that's pretty standard and again, doesn't mean much.

With todays nomenclature I'd guess they use triple the amount of late addition or dry hops.

Looks like all Citra in the kettle then double dry hopped. Not exactly sure tho that was a quote from the bartender from an untapped check in.
If it great who cares. Enjoy

Anyone try Alpha Bits 7 up at WW yet? I've had them all and so far 5 has been my favorite with 3 and 6 being my least favorite (they were both still very good).

I hit up Crooked Stave today and ALL the IPAs they had on were delicious. Took home a howler of the Mosaic SH and its world class. If they package those, they could be dangerous.

Did you have the "Hazy Not Lazy" and/or the "Pure Guava Mosaic"? Both of those sound great as well as that SH Mosaic. Plan on heading over this weekend sometime.

Yeah. Hazy not Lazy is awesome. As is the Double IPA, cant recall the name.

Hit up odd13 today and really enjoyed the hop hop troll troll. Erics X though not so much and I had high hopes with the hop bill.

Fiction has a hazy pineapple IPA floating around that I enjoyed - Lupulin 'Ohana. It has the hazy flavors I like (citric notes) and a kiss of pineapple without a ton of residual sweetness.

They have it at A-Town pizza, so I'd assume it isn't some sort of rare one-off or anything like that.

If you haven't had the Pull & Pray v.3 Anti NE IPA at Living The Dream Brewing you need to. It is so tasty. It's an Oatmeal IPA with Idaho 7 & Azacea hops. No haze, and very tropical.

Enjoying the Comrade/Falling Rock collab Hail to the King, Baby. It's been a while since I've been to FRTH after moving up to Greeley. Always loved the SW Chicken sand with the green chile and avocado. FRTH may not have the big bbq or steak offerings, but I always appreciate that they don't salt their fries so you can salt to your taste (I usually go for malt vinegar anyway).

Hop bill for Hail to the King, Baby:

    Citra
    Mosaic
    Equanot
    Amarillo
    Galaxy

    Comes in at 8.5% ABV.

Thanks. That's not bad. This might tempt me to actually buy a CS beer again.

    That's a nice price drop.

Seems like it had been almost that much for a single.

2015 was $9 a bottle, but it was single hop. I bought a hell of a lot of the Galaxy and Citra.

2016 was $6-$7 a bottle and I believe it's the same mix of hops as the 2017.

So there are a bunch of new IPAs coming out that I haven't seen mentioned. Renegade had a summer-themed IIPA they just released called Summer Tan with Tangerine Extract. Some guy at the liquor store said it was good. Warrior, Jarrylo, "Willametter" hops.
    It comes in 6-packs.

Denver Beer Co has released a new IPA called Maui Express. It's 6.6% made with Mosaic and Citra hops, and shredded coconut. While the coconut flavor is pretty subtle, the flavor combo from the hops is excellent, juicy pineapple, orange, lemon. It's midly hazy. Also in 6-packs, I would recommend a buy on this.

Not an IPA per se (we seem to be branching out), but I just tried Stillwater's Shoegaze (6.0%) which they call a Distorted Farmhouse Pale Ale. I would call it a hoppy saison. For whatever reason it really hits the spot with the weather getting hot, I'm craving lower ABV brews. I think this one is made out of state. Comes in 4-pack pounders.

Shoegaze is amazing, while not technically from a Colorado brewer or an IPA, is totally worth picking up.

You can keep all of the adjunct IPAs
