Favorite Colorado IPAs?

Got a chance to try Melvin's Lambda x 3...it's magical. Probably the best packaged DIPA I've had in forever. Maybe ever.

I also got a chance to try Weldwerks' Steam Barrel. I know most of y'all are all about the haze, but I'd take that one over all of 'em. It's essentially a hopped up copper ale. Hopefully it doesn't disappear because nobody else cares

 

No one has mentioned anything about Robot Librarian being brewed again yet?!?!

Hop Wizard is one of the only Odd 13 releases I've missed

 

It just so happens we have two 60 BBL tanks of that in progress right now too. We are putting the 2 extra tanks we just installed to good use.

 

Would be nice to see some more Odd13 brews (can) in GJ.

July 5th and 7th canning dates. Full distribution - not just a taproom beer. Two batches means most accounts should get a decent allotment. It's the same quantity we did for Thirdeen Cent.

Some info on this: it won't be distributed at all outside of the four collaborators' taprooms. We are currently planning on canning it on 7/13 for 7/15 release. Most of the cans (350-ish cases) will be released at our taproom then. We will have some collaborator beers on tap that day too.

Bonus: thanks to a new LED clarification, @CerebralBrewing, @FictionBrewing (I feel like they've posted on here but I can't find the handle), and Weldwerks (@Tarheel4985 - also, wow there are too many @Tarheels on here) will all be able to sell cans as well. They are each taking 50 cases. We are still working on the can release details with the collaborators, so dates are TBD.

Just in case anyone forgot, La Cumbre is still effing killing it with Elevated. Even the stores that have trouble stocking fresh beer seem to be stifled by it. We annexed the 3300 block of Girard Blvd in Albuquerque in case any is curious why this is in the Colorado ipa thread. So one must assume weed is legal there also, just throwing that out there......Covfefe!

 

Secret Chat Room is fantastic; did not really dig Muscle Memory; have not tried Drone.

 

The can I had of CS Hop Savant was also dark and seemingly oxidized. Very disappointed. Hope they fix it if it's a canning issue.

 

Are you asking because you're hoping or because you've seen our social media posts regarding our anniversary? We are doing a super limited run - 40ish cases as part of our IPA day during our anniversary week.
