    Great South Bay's Massive IPA, 6.6% abv, served on tap in a frosty glass at the Cheesecake Factory... Nice bright wash of citrus and light pine shellac - great bitterness, lean and cold - actually really enjoyed it in the frosted glass - way better than expected...

    Preceded by a "Whiskey Smash" - whiskey, guava, lemon and lime...

    Continuing the after-yard work drinkfest. For all the great beer made in NY, I absolutely love Half Acre. Probably my favorite distroed brewery. This Beer Hates Astronauts still tastes amazing.

    This next beer reminds me of being a small child in Minneapolis in the late seventies where I would go into the wilderness and gather mangos and grapefruits and then allow them to ferment. I would then sell the resulting juice on the side of the road and use the money for Star Wars action figures. Strangely enough, it was those action figures that I sold 30 years later that allowed me to go on my honeymoon with @TheIPAHunter's sister to France, where we met up with @JakeScully for baguettes and champagne.
