    Yes, right out of the garden. The menu says terikaki style dipping sauce. I've never seen a creamy light colored teriyaki sauce. I guess it could be soy and sour cream or a creamy garlic salad dressing. Works though.

    Hen House, the 2nd best brewery in Santa Rosa, does the single hop PA pretty much as well as anyone out there...this one is Mosaic and it is great....

    look: 4 | smell: 4.25 | taste: 4.25 | feel: 3.75 | overall: 4

    Moderate pour yields a 1/2 inch white head over a hazy/cloudy with little to no lacing. Nose of pineapple, citrus, and other tropical fruits. Taste follows with flavors matching the aromas with very little bitterness until the bitter end. :wink: Mouthfeel is a tad thin with a very thin finish. Overall, glad to try a new offering from Kane. Cheers to Rob W. for this one!

    And so is this one. Atta boy Trojan(previously-known-as-)RB! Way to represent the well under represented Pizza Port!
