Set the Vector (Farmhouse IPA) and Crooked Spoke Adjacent were so good. There were four of us there last weekend and whoever didn't favor CSA, really did seem to enjoy Engage the Stimulator. Great stuff all around.

since Thursdays is not a normal opening for them - they've been doing email/instagram posts for the thursday-friday-saturday releases and if they are opening on thursday. Generally i think they come Wednesday or early thursday. I'm home today so was really hoping to grab a growler.

Well, they updated their Google info for Thursday to indicate they are at a minimum

Although I don't have formal and direct confirmation via email, I have used my power of inference of having been there last Thursday, getting the sense this will be ongoing, and the change of their business info on Google, to lead to my decree I believe they are open...at a minimum

Thirsty Thursdays are back around and will be for the foreseeable future so we will give notice if that changes. This weekend we are dropping a fresh batch of summer slammer "What A Hitter" our 5.4% Cream Ale on Thursday and a cool variant of this beer with Rockford Peaches on Saturday. On Friday will we be releasing a new beer called "Coffin Nails" which is a 6.3% Black IPA with Honey dry hopped with Southern Cross, Motueka, & Caliente. On Saturday we will be releasing another new beer called "Stylish Violence" which is a 5.8% Black Pale Ale with Coffee dry hopped with CTZ, Simcoe, Amarillo, Mosaic, & Dr. Rudi. A lot of depth of character in both these dark beers but still carbing & packaging these beers so tasting notes to follow onsite in the taproom & on the website.

The growler fill allocations for this weekend will be:

What A Hitter - 32 or 64 ounce growler vessel fills available
Eureka's Castle - 32 or 64 ounce growler vessel fills available
    Set the Vector: (A2, B2, C5, D1) - 32 or 64 ounce growler vessel fills available
Table Legs: Honey & Hibiscus - 32 or 64 ounce growler vessel fills available
Engage the Simulator - 32 or 64 ounce growler vessel fills available
Coffin Nails (FRIDAY) - 32 or 64 ounce growler vessel fills available
What A Hitter: Rockford Peaches (FRIDAY) - 32 or 64 ounce growler vessel fills available
Stylish Violence (SATURDAY) - 32 or 64 ounce growler vessel fills available

weird I never got an email yesterday so wasn't sure they were doing Thurs. again, but then saw an IG comment asking if they were...

Look forward to trying the new beers... the cream ale on peaches and the black IPA's sound good.

dropped in yesterday and tried the coffin nails... was OK, not much like Chingas I thought... the honey gave it a bit of richness which was nice, but it seemed to mute the hops so it came across as almost a lighter porter. might flesh out with a little time.

I really liked Wepeel... had it last week and thought it was just OK, but Tim told me it was drinking real nice now, so gave it a whirl and really dug it much more this week...

Wepeel is great! Loved it. That and Crooked Spoke are my favorite IPA's from Twin Elephant.

Silent was a great coffee ale. It was pretty much coffee.

Good stuff all around. Loving how they're doing lately.
