    Hey h&s - although I'm struggling with names I've had several stouts aged in wine barrels which gave them a touch of sour - I love sours but a touch of sour in a stout just tastes wrong to me. I think the Abyss is fantastic (high A) and I did think of it when I posted but it is only 21% aged in wine barrels so I forgive it ; ) Forgot I've had Darkest Hour which I gave a very low A but an A nonetheless
