To my knowledge, Mike and the crew have never used the term NEIPA to describe any of there beers, and that makes me happy. It also makes sense as they are not from New England and have been doing the style for a lot longer than many of the breweries out east.

Have you had just can Sue, or the bombers? Wondering where those landed for your palate? You need to get your hands on there single mosaic hop brews, Sosus in particular.

Just for the record though, I think TG destroys all of the NEIPA I've had in Michigan, including M-43.

I thought they were very good, but it didn't make me stand back in awe and bow down like Wayne and Garth. Hopefully, I'll be able to sample more down the road.

If you're talking about textbook examples of a particular style, I feel Bellaire Brown fits the bill as an American Brown Ale. I know it's not a "hyped" brew, but as many styles wax and wane, BB steadily remains a constant flavorful and gateway brew.

Lol, funny thing is I have seen two guys do pretty much this at TG's pub over getting a left over bottle of one of there barrel aged stouts. Was just waiting for Alice Copper to appear....

Always willing to share if I eventually get down to your guys pub.

There's a reason I listed it first. Some brews are great to style but I don't particularly enjoy them. Some are not to style but I love them. Bellaire is one of those that excels on both sides. The core line up doesn't get discussed much so it's nice to throw Bellaire a little love now and then.

Absolutely one of the best browns on the market today!

I'm not saying I don't appreciate all the crazy stuff Short's pulls off or that I've never liked any of their IPA's. It
Appreciate the response @SeanfromShorts! For the record, before the last six months or so I definitely would have considered myself a fan of Short's IPA's. I can't figure out exactly what it is lately but something seems off IMO. Obviously I'm in the minority there.

Wowee, that's a pretty good variety pack so far. Love me some Kölsch 45.

Do the Variety Packs make it out of State? Would love to get a taste of home out here in NW WI. Gary Juicy (great name!) sounds exceptionally tasty.

Wouldn't mind if the last one in variety pack was Tapawera. Always wanted to try that one, although with its name I doubt its getting bottled ever.

Each previous version is listed as a Great Lakes Region Distribution beer. So there is defiantly a chance.

Shhhhh, I was trying to be sly.

On that note, when did it go from being a blonde to an amber? Or am I remembering wrong?

I am sure this beer will "taste funny" and have some sort of weird "burn" in the throat area. So for y'alls safety, please leave it in the store.
