Clear light gold color with white cap and lacing.

Aroma of sharp grapefruit backed by sweet/tart citrus.

Adult grapefruit cream soda. Definitely sweet yet tart enough to be refreshing. Simple flavors of grapefruit with a touch of lemon that finishes clean. No hops, no alcohol, nothing else really but what it has is sufficient for purpose.

Full texture with balancing carbonation.

Good effort here, simple, unpretentious yet certainly above average. I generally don't bother with Radlers because they don't offer anything I can't get with a Kolsch and Rads don't have hops, or at least enough to notice. Yet I can certainly see the appeal for well made examples such as this one.

 

Making a to-do list and doing laundry has already wore me down. Taking in some Guinness to fuel me up for lawn mowing.

Starting my day off with this interesting green apple jack sugary breakfast cereal imperial stout... Can't say I'm a huge fan of this. The aroma is pretty nice and reminiscent of apple cinnamon with some roasty dark chocolate and creamy vanilla notes. The taste right now is a bit acrid, bitter, slightly acidic, kinda smoky and heavily roasted with some fruity notes over the dark chocolatey malt notes. I can always do without artificial flavor/color ingredients too. Turmeric though.. Pretty interesting beer... Cheers!
