Is the line being routed the alley down woodbine to main street?

 

Thanks, this is gonna sell out easily. Unfortunately I can't get out there til around 2pm and definitely will be gone. Was hoping for lower limits at open like 2 4/packs per person.

 

Looks like the line started around 5:30am based on some IG posts

 

According to Sand City's live video the line looks very spread out near the front

 

Thats nuts. And judging by Untappd check-ins, illegal line share in full force. SCPD should be out in force busting people. Not sure why people think because they are in line to buy beer that drinking in the streets at 7am in the morning is OK.

 

Beer geeks are the worst !

 

I was way too hungover to drive this morning and wait in line but glad I didn't go now.

 

The line shares were definitely more prominent than usual, but not as bad as Other Half. Northport police were rounding the area before open. The most I saw one of them do was tell a guy to pour out his cup, but even then all he did was roll down his window and immediately drive off after he said it.

Drinking a can of 2 now. It's very good, but a tad too "green" at the moment for my liking. The booze is hidden incredibly well on this one though. Can't wait to see what a little time does to this one.

 

No line now. Cans will sell out.

 

How much do they have left, approximately? I'm about an hour away and wondering if I should get up

I dunno...i thought it was pretty smooth. The line was definitely more than I had expected but it was spread out. They did an estimated count before open and realized they had enough for all in line and kept limits as they were. If you show up to wait they always make sure you get, but if you wanna wait for no line, you may miss out on beet.

 

All things considered, the line moved pretty fast for them only having 2 cashiers. I was about 100-120th in line and I was back on the road by 10:35.

Good to hear it went smooth. I had fully planned on waiting in line this morning but my Saturday night got the best of me.

Also galaxy soup is probably my favorite SC beer ever.

 

Not getting more beer was probably a good thing !

My fave is Infinity + One, but this Galaxy Soup is great, wish I grabbed more when I was there Friday. Quality of beer + ease of acquisition > #Sundaylinelife

 

Totally agree. I love being able to go in there during the week and grab a few 4 packs with such ease.

Drinking Amarillo now and its fantastic as well.
