Delicious blonde ale! Aromas and flavors of big mango, tangerine, grapefruit, lemon zest, orange peel, mint, and light pine; balanced honey, lightly toasted biscuit malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop/mint earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body; balanced bready/grainy malt creaminess and mint/hop stickiness in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing bitter dryness, no hop/mint astringency. Refreshingly drinkable. Touch of cooling mint. Glad they brought it back in the mixed pack after 3 years. Grabbed a single a couple days ago. Love this just as much as I remember. Perfectly balanced blonde ale and mango/mint flavors. Never overdone on any aspect. Will gladly get it again.

Always amazing, one of the best pumpkin ales I've ever had. Glad I was finally able to find a pack today. Flavors of big pumpkin, clove, allspice, caramel, brown sugar, gingerbread, toast, cinnamon, nutmeg, and herbal spice earthiness. Light balancing herbal/spice bitterness against sweetness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body; bready malt creaminess and light spice stickiness in the mouthfeel. Slightly drying spice finish. This is probably the most authentic actual pumpkin-fruit forward beer I have had, with an amazing balance of spices. I definitely need to get another 6 pack. Love it just as much as Pumking; but this has more malt/pumpkin sweetness, and less intense spice/seedy pumpkin presence. Top tier stuff for the style.

Fantastic APA! Aromas and flavors of big tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, lemon/orange zest, and light pepper/pine hops; with moderate lightly toasted biscuit, light honeyed malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and body. Balanced bready/grainy malt and sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Light resins/rinds and increasing dryness, no hop astringency. Extremely easy drinking, never overly aggressive. Spot on pale ale all the way through. Super dank, vibrant, and juicy hops; great balancing bready malt backbone, with minimal residual sweetness. Glad I got a 4 pack. Look forward to trying more hoppy beers from Ellison, because they all keep delivering amazing results.

Always amazing! Flavors of huge nutty medium roast coffee, milk chocolate, cocoa, caramel, toffee, brown sugar, toasted brown bread, and light smoke/dark fruit; with some herbal/woody hop and coffee characteristics. Light-moderate herbal hop and roasted coffee bitterness; full-ish body creamy/silky mouthfeel, with some light sticky/chalky roast notes as well. Lightly increasing bitter/roasted dryness. One of the most coffee forward beers I've ever had. Huge on fruity/nutty coffee complexity; and the base brown ale is spot on, and very well balanced. Like a brown ale version of FBS, and I feel it is equally as impressive. Feels a tad more bitter than I recall last year, but is smoothing out nicely after 6 months. I seem to prefer this with a bit of age, just as with Breakfast stout. Still have plenty left, more on the shelf if I want any.

    Good Evening BA
Finally watching some baseball after a long work day. Our big sports news for the evening is my son's team will play for a state soccer championship next weekend in Indy after this afternoons semi-state win. I have the next weekend off so it should be fun. Drinking this now.

My guess, with a standard 8 hour stay at Epcot, you will meet 6.5 people that know you should drink from the can, 17 people who think you have an obscene shirt(but won't say anything), and 16,584 people who will fail to recognize that you are wearing a shirt at all.

    And a final pour picture

Really smooth as it warms. As I said when I first happened upon the base beer release about 16 months ago:"I am a fan."

Unrelated to anything, just a great song from a band of whom I am a fan.

Haha, you are probably right. It's only an hour from here so we'll be there Thurs-Sat. I'll wear a Fiddlehead, Sam Adams then the Heady shirt. They usually think I'm a Sam Adams rep when I wear the Dickies work shirt. Cheers to a great night!

It was one of the first songs I learned to play on bass. Still play tuba, but unfortunately I couldn't work the two handed instruments.

Damn. Well since you put it that way... I was gonna suggest perhaps Duvel as a contender, but nevermind. Plus, I wouldn't want to wake up @LeperJim by mentioning the "D" word anyway.

I misread your statement, huh? You were talking about something completely different, weren't you?
