You shouldn't have any problem getting more, it was available all day long last year.

 

They are selling them to go out of both tasting rooms today. So if you can make it down to either tasting room, you can walk out with 3 bottles.

 

I accidentally found a bug. I was going to buy some BT for a friend yesterday, but didn't finish the transaction since I didn't know if he wanted 6 or 7. When I went to check the allocations this morning, it was gone! (didn't realize it was a 1 day sale). Then I noticed BT was still in my cart from yesterday. So I changed the qty and finished the transaction. whew!

 

Today is probably the worst day of the year to drink BT on the Terreux patio. Nothing says 20% stout like 95F & dry winds.

I hope everyone else has an awesome time at the BT party. I hope they are pumping in ice cold AC for you!

 

What's everyone's first time trying to buy Black Tuesday. My first time was in 2013 on their website and so many people were on it that it crashed. I think it took about an hour and I finally was lucky enough to get through. Even with the crash it seemed like it sold out quickly.

 

Last year it stuck around for most of the day. Most members here already had the chance to buy it with their Oct. Allocations.

Ahh the days of Black Tuesday breaking the internet! Now you rarely see an ISO for anything bruery...crazy how beer trends change so fast.

 

I was planning on going to the tasting room today to try the new batch of BT but I may have a chance to go Friday instead. Does anyone know if they put any leftovers on immediately after the Black Tuesday party last year? If so I’ll hold off and hope I can make it Friday.

Can we get a confirmation on a/c at the BT party? Do people usually dress up? Can’t wear too many layers in this heat lol.

 

So much BT and no Mocha Wednesday for 2018.

So sad, by far the best weekday, imo.

 

But, when something special comes out people freak out. I was able to get a beer I had been trying to get forever just for PB&T.

 

Yeah like I said there are those rare occasional ISOs as oppose to seeing ISOs daily now for every Wakefield/AC/TG/Weldworks stout. I remember back in the day being able to pull lambics with MW and GM haha

Yes - there's AC indoors. Food is outdoors, so dress lightly. And yes, dress up!

 

Oh thank God. Drinking a bunch of BA stouts in an AC-less warehouse the night before I have to give a presentation at work sounded like a disaster. I mean, I was going to do it anyways, but this is probably better.

 

Even late session will still be in the 80s, you'll be lucky I don't show up in tank top

How does AYCD Black Tuesday affect to one's internal plumbing the day after a Black Tuesday party???
