    Forget how much I liked this one . . .

    Appearance of lightly golden tinted brown, tan cap and lace.

    Aroma is a beautifully rich melange of dark bread smeared with dark fruit jam.

    On entry I get dark malt rather than roasted malt, again, bread like with raisins, dark plums, figs, dates, walnuts, and some pleasant yeast notes. Not really spicy, full without being heavy, rich without being cloying, little hop presence, clean finish with lingering aftertaste of luscious flavors.

    Having a Narragansett Autocrat Coffee Milk Stout with the new can design. I was trying to figure out if they changed the recipe as well as the can but I cant really find anything different. Maybe a slight change I dunno.

    It got cold drinking under the viaduct so I went to Windmill in Dyer to warm up. I picked a good day as it's All Memes Day! The Giant Peach variety has me thinking warm and fuzzy thoughts. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

    Back from the chili cook-off, 3-4 really good ones, 15-20 meh...., and 5-6 spit-outs/throw away. Managed to drink 3 Mic ultras, time for some taste.
