If not, then just trade for it or buy it secondary. It shouldn't be some whale you can't get without giving up your first born.

Thanks! I am hoping to see some of the Northwoods, but won't get my hopes up.

Per our local LB guy, there's very little Northwoods coming in, a little more Coffee, but a good amount of Reserve.

Not sure if my info is complete, but I'm under the impression that Reserve is the only variant coming to Lexington.

Good for me but kinda sad though. I wanted some coffee too. Any idea the amount?

Sizable, but not unlimited. As usual, GI allocates based on sales/promotion of non BCBS stuff, so keep that in mind when hunting.

So your saying LB Hamburg and Beaumont are the two I should hit up before snake cake? Any other ideas haha. Either way, can’t wait to come back to Lexington for a couple months! Can’t wait for Baba and the cbs flowing everywhere else!

That's the right chain of stores for sure. Hang around town as long as possible Saturday, Ethereal would be a good place to be.

PS: ISO 1 bottle of Reserve. PM me if someone can help out.

I’ll let you know if I can get some! Depending on the limits they place and all

Any news on Liquor Barns in Lexington for BCBS? Trying to decide if we come down and get our BCBS in Lexington or get it in Cincy, then drive down for Snake Cake.

Just based on local feedback and hype, you may want to get to Snake Cake early...

We're BCBS'ing in Louisville and then hitting the road for Snake Cake. I'd guess we can get there by 10:30, so I'll have to take my chances.

Regular and Reserve at LBs, no other variants. Limits/prices unknown.

I've been told by two different people that two different distributors in KY have nothing but Reserve and Regular.

Would love to hear what you have against beer trappe. Just as a fan of differing opinions

As someone who enjoys the beer trappe, some of their business practices get me a little irritated. Like the whole “bar consumption” only is a huge deterrent. Sometimes I don’t want to sit at the bar and drink those beers. On top of the increase in price in doing that, the beers usually are high abv beers too. I tend to like to drink BBA beers at home or at a share. Just my opinion but I imagine a lot of people here have the same thoughts

I'm personally not a fan of their "cellar" program. Through some "in" they have (I'm assuming being on an account with Pazzo's and the Village Idiot", they get the majority allotment of special releases and often all of the rare releases (seasonal cantillon, rarer evil twin, etc.). These never see the public without a large markup and placed in their "cellar". Also, their zero tolerance policy on anyone under 18 (infant in carrier, in my case) and attitude about (general attitude really) is offputting. That's just my two cents.
