There's a metric shit ton of pumpkin beers on the shelves around here in St. Louis. All I really care about is Schlafly's and there is plenty of that to be found too.

June? That is the earliest I've heard.

u can thank all the beer drinkers that refuse to drink an Oktoberfest beer after October cause theyre scared its going to be stale even though its still fall. And the people that refuse to drink a winter beer after Christmas. All the seasonal beers go together and if one goes down, so do the others.

Schlafly Pumpkin is really hard to find in Nashville and doubtful we see any more this year. Still have some Sam Adams, Pumking, Harpoon Pumpkin Cider, etc. on the shelves.

Are you serious? The only plague worse is that it's not even Halloween and the scourge of spiced Xmas slop is appearing on the shelves UGH! Soon the Christmas Ale groupies will be dotting the landscape like single minded zombies longing for brains...better load up on the nutmeg, cinnamon, & clove to clear them from the aisles

Trouble is the brewers seem to be pushing this stuff out the door a month or two ahead of the season itself, but I guess that's EVERYTHING in retail anyway. I prefer the Oktoberfest style to any of the very few Pumpkin beers I've had, admittedly I'm a hard sell on beers spiced w/things better left to baked goods.

I agree, and I wish there were a broader selection of brown ales. What I hate is being forced to buy Winter seasonals in October before they sell out.

Hopefully, wherever they went, they won't come back. Ticks me off to see store space taken up by that stuff, causing better beers to be bumped from the shelves.

I bet there's 30 cases sitting on Bestways floor. They have a huge inventory.

Just picked up a Pumking today at Total Wine in Cary. Many other places were sold out of it already.
