    Fridge cleaning while we begin to pack and weigh our bags. This Summer jewel was in the back behind Mrs. Z’s home canned peaches from August - Blackrock’s “Honey Lav” a wheatale brewed with lavender and Michigan honey:



    Looks great. Smells like soap. Tastes like a Sprite with a splash of lavender and honey. Perfect for a hot day ... oh, it’s 80 degrees on the balcony...perfect for right Now! Cheers!

    Last call for this barfly as it's time to wind down. My final can of Crystal Vision in the fridge will probably mean a trip try my local store to see what 450 North shipped next. Some of their beer actually improves with a few weeks on it and this was one. Very fruity with just a trace of bitterness now. Cheers until next time.....

    That's the big fluffy white/tan feral cat who's been making the neighborhood rounds the last month or two ... sumbuck hopped my fence and poked around the bottom of the pit smelling all the drippings.

    Sad to drain pour this one as I have 2 others. Way too sweet , I had the 2015 First Nail and thought it had so much promise,I'm a huge Fremont fan boy and have to say this is the first Fremont drain pour I have had to do of their beers.
