I will bring a stack of name tags when I show up around 11pm.

No. If the TG crew is bringing stuff in quantity then I don't have to run down there. I think I'm going to anyway because I want stuff for the fridge...

I am in need of some Hoppy Goodness. Those TG work shirts look pretty sweet, any way I could score one at D-Day?

Here's what I'm wearing instead of a name tag. Of course, mine will have my name on it.

I'll be wearing my awesome Fargo-Moorhead Beer Advocates shirt that has my name (Jason) embroidered on the front. I suppose if I'm bundled up under my coat/blankets it won't matter, but I felt compelled to share my wardrobe choice.

Hey!! Some other Decorah folk. 2/5 of my group grew up in Decorah. DD will turn into a giant reunion.

Yea for the open invite to biglobo's table! Now I can ask for a bottle opener, share some beers, try some beers, and hope to not become "that guy" of 2012. Is anyone besides myself plan on keeping a notebook of what was opened along with tasting notes? Will make it easier remembering stuff on Sunday.

I am always that guy at beer festivals trying to preciously hold my taster and write in a notebook on the beer I am tasting. Proud to say I have yet to drop a glass, even at GABF! phew

Is there going to be a separate line to get one of those openers? Almost garnering as much attention as Darkness lol

    Question:
I will be riding to Darkness Day with either biglobo or Mista depending on when a box arrives from a recent trade. So I'm wondering if any BA out there would be willing to help me out with a ride home from Darkness Day I would be willing to compensate you for gas.

I am going to print off a copy of BA's top 100 beers Friday morning or Thurs night, and plan to "check off" any bottle on the list that is brought and seen. I will be curious to see how many "top 100's" will be there.

Things are looking drier, but it's still going to be cold. No refridgeration required!

I have a double burner propane heater that connects right to a 20lb tank that I can toss into the car along with a new tank of propane if people think this may be beneficial for the non-midwesterners coming. I also have spare cold weather clothing (snow pants, hats, gloves, whatever) versus people buying stuff for 1 time use. Let me know if you are in need of anything and I can bring a bag of extras along.
