Don’t get me started. I’ve really been trying to hold my tongue about ATG online lately but this is just ridiculous.

I don't know what's more surprising: that they were $23.99 or that they sold out of them almost immediately. There's London Balling cans just chilling out on literally every shelf in town for $10, so the barrel adds $13? Nah, I'm good.

I’ll never get it. I think AtG is the most overrated brewery I know. I think none of their beers are that great and they always overcharge compared to other places. Give me any other Kentucky brewery even including good wood or Kentucky brewing.

I actually do enjoy a lot of what AtG does, although I don't think they're head and shoulders above anyone else. That said, their pricing is a headscratcher.

Well, it comes in the original style bottle too, so...

More than that. The original 12 oz London Balling bottles were $6 apiece. So you're paying $18 to change barrel treatments.

I think ATG releases some solid beers. That being said, the way they run with releasing so many different beers at their brewpub, I feel like you have to sift through a lot of mediocre crap to find the good stuff. And I've always had issue with that. I feel like they use the general public as their guinea pigs to find out what works, but their customers are then paying for a lot of sub-par product that probably should have never seen the light of day.

Vote people vote! With your wallets. If the stuff doesn't sell maybe they will learn.

Was just up at Westport Whiskey a little while ago and there were 12 new ones on the shelf, so I'm guessing the market has...slowed.

    From Ethereal:

Here's some info about our variants!

Baba Yaga - The original Four Roses aged Imperial Stout; layered flavors of chocolate, candied nuts, vanilla and toffee with a pleasing and warming finish.

Chocolate and Sea Salt Baba Yaga - Aged on cacao nibs from the Dominican Republic and seasoned with sea salt. This Baba's soft, velvety texture should give way to a smooth, chocolatey finish.

Mayan Chocolate Baba Yaga - Aged on Ancho Peppers, Madagascar Vanilla beans, cacao nibs from Ecuador, and cinnamon sticks, the complex flavors of this Baba should be reminiscent of chocolatey drinks once enjoyed long ago.

Coffee Baba Yaga - Deep roasty and coffee flavors saturate this Baba due to being aged on Nate's Espresso beans.

NOLA for a day and a half before leaving on a cruise. Hoping to track down some Parish myself while I'm there.

Westport Whiskey posted today that their pricing for the Amburana London Balling was incorrect, that the actual price from AtG was supposed to be $11.99. So apologies to AtG.

Yeah, they're having people bring their receipts. Just sounded like an honest mistake.
