2018 Beer Club Renewals

For those who did Good Beer Co Stable, any idea when we can expect to hear anything about the membership? The website looks like its still set up for the 2017 club.

 

Jelly. I haven't even asked to be on the wait list since I'm sure it's at least ten years now...

 

I am quite excited about getting the invite. Less so about this now being my 7th club for 2018 (I do split 2 of them though).

 

First world problem... too much good beer.

I haven’t joined a new beer club in 4 or 5 years, so I’m excited for Modern Times. Especially with the two new Southern California locations!

Out of curiosity, do you know when you joined their waitlist? I was 11/24/14, so I'm hopeful for 2019, if you were added after a four-year wait.

Wow... If you add Ale Apothecary you'll have my dream lineup of clubs to be a part of (Casey, De Garde, and SARA the others. I'm one-quarter the way there). Uh, I mean, don't join Ale Apothecary. Trust me, you wouldn't like it. Leave that seat for some one else.

 

Roughly 4.5yrs ago when you could still email in and the wait list actually existed.

 

Joining Ale Apothecary as my first ever club, was on the wait list for only around 8 months so pumped to have gotten in, will probably.make the 14 hour drive down from Calgary to pick everything up and go to the party!

No shortage of good beer out there makes memberships in general a tough decision but I’ve got trust in the 3 breweries I’m a part of to produce a quality product that it isn’t all that determinatal to pay up front.

 

Did you get in on a recommendation or were you an OG member? I figured most members would have been Vermont-based.

 

Not OG as in 2013 but I was a member last year.

 

Ah, okay, I didn't even realize they had admitted new members the previous years. If they do that again this year I might have to try my luck. The plane flights would probably be a deal breaker though.

 

What’s the Alpha Hops Society? I don’t see it on their website.
