I've heard conflicting things about their method, do you know if they blend NEIPA and wild ale, or if they kettle sour a NEIPA?

I've also read conflicting things. I would imagine with how fast they crank them out, they've got to be kettle soured. But I don't know for sure, unfortunately.

Anyone tried IBW Spoonful of Sugar? Seems to have quite good reviews on Untappd so far...

It helps the medicine go down...

    But yes, it’s good.

I was quite disappointed in V11. I missed out on V10, and after hearing all the great reviews, I decided to buy back into the series. Initially, V11 smelled fantastic, but I was getting the same "off" flavor that I was getting in some previous Hop Butcher releases. I guess I'm back to passing on Hubbard's Cave releases

One Trick Pony in Lansing is hopping on board.

"Friendly Hazing (Imperial American Pale Ale) Hazy gold in color, using extra pale German Malts & 20+ percent Oat Malt for a velvety mouthfeel. A pungent piney-ness is present with background fruitiness from copious Citra and Amarillo hops added late in the boil & whirlpool. ABV: 7.9% IBU: 50."

Obviously the one on the right.

gentle but noticeable on the tangy and tart. delicious, and very easy to drink. fans of well executed NEIPA will enjoy this beer. Its not a beer for sourheads, its a beer for hazeheads

I loved General Resin hazy variant at 10% they hid the strength well imo. You knew it was there but it was very easy to drink.

I like scorched earth a lot and the fact it’s lea then 5 Miles from my house worksnoit great for me.

I've enjoyed their stuff as well! Rugged Coalminer is one of my favorite porters. But Im quite a hike from the tap room so Ive still never been up there.

so i know some of you said v11 didnt do it for you, but i decided to grab one anyway.. may do a side by side w/ a friend 10&11. By the looks of it, albeit some ratio of hop scheduling, v11=v10+citra? (if all that math i took serves me right)
