Yes sir it was very well done, I have actually enjoyed about half of the beers you sent but was too lazy to review. I have gotten to the point where I do more drinking that reviewing!!! I have also put some great wear and tear on that Snorkel glass you sent just a beautiful glass.

People affect each other deeply . . Breaking in and out of faith. Fulfilling with impatience what is infinite. We are here in a reflection.

You will leave without a trace but not before you try my pizza. I finished the first beer and this one is a compliment. Allagash Saison with my herbed pizza.Cheers!

    Squeeze it.

    Thought I'd try something new . . .

Beautiful clear coppery gold color with solid white cap and lasting lacing.

Aroma of caramel malt dusted with piney, floral, citrusy hops.

Taste on entry is more hop forward, specifically citrus hops such as grapefruit, then floral with a definite piney undertone. Flavors are distinct and running parallel which is to say they never meld nor do they interfere with each other. The tracks end at a clean, refreshing finish with a slightly firmer hop presence in the aftertaste.

My first thought on opening the can was Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. I don't know if that's the target the brewers at LumberYard had in mind, the brews are different, this one is more citrusy and less malty than SN, yet that's the comparison that sprang to mind when I wasn't actually thinking of comparing it to anything. Anyway, thumbs up.

Pork chops, it's what's for lunch AND dinner [IMG].

I'm a little conflicted on whether I enjoyed the Weihenstephaner or Schneider Weisse more with them, but I think I'll have to give it to the Weihenstephaner.
