I think Radio Swan is in its prime right now. One of the better glasses of beer I can remember having from FR.

And it’s insanely good. Definitely worth a pop in if you’re in the Wicker area

 

I was there today, and the burger was $16. Damn it was good though.That gardinera mayo is amazing

OK GUYS!!!!!!!!!! Time for an Update.

Night Moth Thursday- Really excited for this second canning of it... I cant confirm or deny that we added more hops than last time

Feb 13th Tuesday- 6pm. SHARE TIME!!!!!!!! Lets have another one! I will be at Extreme Beer Fest this weekend and will hopefully bring back some cool stuff from Boston! That time and date work for everyone?

Toro is being brewed tomorrow and will go in Cans- Dont know release date- But should be around Feb 15th. Super excited for this canning run.

This Strawberry Basil Hefe is tasting better than ever FYI- cant wait till this is year round and on draft around town! Hay Fever Dry Hopped Farmhouse Ale is almost ready as well. This will be another new year round beer by Summer this year! May be on tap by end of week- Nick made a super fun one-off already with 4.5 lbs of cherries per barrel

Beer Pairing Dinners- they start in March-- $45 bucks- 5 Beers- 4 Courses- Going to be super fun- will always do some food thats not on the menu now and some that is! Nick will also do some one-off kegs for these as well! Way more info to come from me on that!

Damn, I get in for a conference all week on the 13th about 6pm. Hmmm...professional responsibilities or FR bottle share? Gonna need to dwell on that one. Regardless, I'll be in until Friday that week so here's to hoping Toro is canned and ready.

Very interested in how this batch of Night Moth comes out. IMO one of forbidden root’s most unique ipas and I’m assuming the new brewer’s first crack at it? Latest batch of snoochie and radio swan were both fire, so I have high expectations.

 

Oh and toro in a can - best news of 2018 so far!

 

I will very likely be in for the share and will spend way too much time trying to figure out what I'm bringing.

Ipsento's Nitro Cold Brew is awesome. Usually my go to place in the summertime
