    #MindfullyBrewed

What's good all you crazy cats hope everyone's week has been pretty good for the most part so far and ya'll are ready to kick it up a notch. Just a quick update this week as we got two fresh drops hitting the scene. We got two new beers coming to life this weekend as well as a fresh batch of our American Pale Ale "Clincher" DDH with Mosiac and Vic Secret dropping tomorrow Friday. The first new beer dropping tonight is a 4.7% ABV American Session Ale called "Party at the Moontower" that was dry hopped with Azacca, Citra, & Mosaic. Solo cup tipping, full kegs in the woods, session suds. There’s a fiesta in the making, pilsner based, oats, wheat, crystal and Munich malts. Little sweetness mid-palate, crisp on the finish. Notes of starfruit, fruit roll up and wafts of pear with citric undertones. The second new beer we got coming on Friday is a 5.9% ABV mixed culture Farmhouse Saison called "House Band" that we blending with some Riesling grape juice. Stay tuned for full descriptors on the website and social media.

Pretty good looking lineup. A bunch of sub 6.5% means I get to have a few :stuck_out_tongue:

First TEB bottles are on the horizon. It's a Belgian Golden Strong Ale aged on Pineapple in a Chardonnay barrel. Think pineapple sour patch kids.

Have had a couple samples along the way including last weekend when they were getting ready to bottle. ~10% and you’d never know it. Tart and funky. Should be real nice. Been in that barrel for like a year!

Oh, I saw that on the brother's Instagram page and didn't put two and two together that it was a twin elephant release. Despite "commercial" and elephant emojis. That shouldn't be a crazy release given that it's not a total hype style, so I may go out for that one.

House Brand was good, could be a touch better. It had a touch of tartness to it. Still quite enjoyable for me.
It was my first time trying Crooked Spoke. That's an excellent NEIPA, flavor-wise.
Moon Tower is a very flavor Session IPA, and has a nice body to it. Extends beyond some of the 'hop water' Session IPA's for sure.

I second your Crooked Spoke Adjacent and Moon Tower comments. Their hop forward stuff is in a groove.

I liked Plow United a lot. While you can taste the fruit it's not overly sweet and the hops really bite. It reminds me more of NE DIPA than an APA.

Lil Monsters was pretty good. Lotta flavor for a small ABV. I got a growler of 5 Point last week, pretty interesting flavor combination in there - it had a nice melon flavor in there. Plow United is fantastic, they weren't doing growler fills unfortunately.

Oh man, really looking forward to that Oatmeal Brown though....put me in coach!
