Let's hope we can stay dry too! We've prepared the courtyard area though for all circumstances...got a new draft dispensing system too!

Are you saying you wouldn't rather be waiting outside in the cold in a line, with no guarantee of whether you will actually get the product?

No, you do not have to be at EVERY release, as that would be punitive for loyal customers who simply have lives and obligations beyond weekend beer releases! But when we announced our app last year, a lot of people said "why make an app?" "what is the purpose of this?" "why not just sell it through a website?"

This is all going to become very clear in the next few months as we now have a growing customer base with a lot of repeat customers. Versions 4.3, 4.4, and 4.5 of the app are going to be layering in features that enhance the UI and add a whole new dimension to beer buying that currently does not exist in the beer industry.

Here is the reality for most folks......they go to the same brewery for years to buy cans on the release day...and over time, they end up waiting in a progressively longer line. This is actually perverse, for the customer is actually getting punished for their loyalty. Someone who has been a loyal customer from day one should not have to be waiting in a progressively longer line....they've already paid their dues!

 

Haha sounds good, and I'm only messing anyway. I'm not one of those "I've been here a couple times" give me free stuff/better treatment etc.

 

I appreciate it but I was only looking for some Anti Resin to try and did get that.

 

Another seamless release on the app! I'm pumped for the release party regardless of the weather situation.

 

Look forward to seeing everyone Saturday, @frozyn , Mark (the mayor of Sixpoint) and I will be there for sure, hope to see @RobNewton , @FlamingMoe and anyone else here who wants to hang out. We should be there around 12:30 or so and usually end up going the distance. And of course seeing the whole Sixpoint crew!

I bought my beer while on a boat in Florida heading to the beach, seamless app experience, literally took 35 seconds with no more than 5 clicks. Well done Sixpont.

And now I can show up on Saturday and not wait in line, pick up my beer, try some samples, and hang out. Now this is the way beer buying should be. Looking forward to Saturday.

 

Six minutes after the app went live? Whoaaa. Shades of Ticketmaster. But...for those who got it, you didn’t have to arrive hours beforehand and wait in line to only find out that it sold out before you could buy it.

Unfortunately missed out this time. This one went quick! I don't know if I got the push notification, but to be fair I also had the day off and wasn't paying much attention. You'll have to let me know how the BA Righteous is tasting if they happen to be pouring samples in the VIP tent Righteous was my favorite of the OG core offerings. Looking forward to trying this revived version.
