West Sixth looking to take all my money this month. BA Coffee Stout with lactose and vanilla bottles on March 17th? Sigh.

I've got a buddy Louisville for the week, anything in particular he should look for? Either on tap there, or packaged to bring home Thanks much!

Any reports from the West Sixth Kentucky coffee release? Is there any left?

Not 100% but when I stopped in around 2, a bartender said there were less than 20 left.

FWIW, the W6 bottle yesterday is good, but the base beer is a dry Irish stout, not a big-ass RIS like the Snakes and variants.

Can anyone offer any Pro Tips on going to Peche Day at Holy Grale? Do you have to show up well before they open to get in?

Peche day is pretty mellow compared some events at Holy Grale. You shouldn't have any issue and last year each of the variants lasted plenty long.

You don't have to show up before opening at all. If you want to be safe just get there when they open and you will be fine. The biergarten and the amount of seating downstairs and upstairs should be more than enough room

The Termopilas coffee variant was really nice last year and it's back this year too

West Sixth is dropping 4-packs of Mo' Beam (13.99) and 6-packs of Second Fiddle Simcoe (9.99) March 24. Limit 24 cans (any combo) per person. Quantities unknown. All cans 12 oz.

Mile Wide Catalina Breeze (4-pack of pint cans) is a fantastic IPA and Great Flood Coffee Porter is a wonderful, easy-drinking coffee porter. Can't go wrong with either of those.

Wish that second fiddle was coming to Louisville. I remember trying it on draft at the downtown tap room and was blown away at how good it was.

That mo'beam is a little steep for the quantity but hopefully this is just a trial for a future release. Since they seem to be sticking to 12oz cans, maybe it'll be a 6 pack next time.

Any idea on bottle counts for Saturday? I want to try to make it, but might not be able to get there early.

Has there been anything else mentioned about a bottle share for Snake Cake Day? I really hope it is cool to share.

I'm sure something will happen, but it will be low key at best. We are lining up on a public sidewalk, so open container laws are in play. This will not be like Baba Yaga Day.

In true devastating fashion, it's now looking unlikely I'll be able to make the release. If any of you Lex folks anticipate having extras, I'm certainly interested.
