    I'd also like to throw brown malt into the ring. Tried an imperial porter that just carbed up today, 11% brown, 2.75% chocolate, 2.75% pale chocolate, 3.7% blended crystal malts, 1.4% honey malt, and it has a great, deep hot cocoa flavor.

    English Crystal Malts, English Crystal Malts, English Crystal Malts

    They are IMHO far superior especially Simpson’s.
