    Beer #5. 9 out of 10 @vabeerguy ‘s recommend this beer. Also sessionable, unlike what @GreenBayBA is getting into. Although it is getting chilly, so thinking a stout next.

    The key is a lot of pizza the night before, and then a lot of pre-workout powder right before the workout. And testosterone boosters. And a lot of Ronnie Coleman videos on YouTube.
