I had one of the Veil lagers as a taster recently (Mixed Feelings)... didn't think it was that bad.

I decided to give up, just like @SomethingClever , and forgo the glassware.

Fist City is also @SomethingClever 's favorite vacation destination, so there's that.

You sound like my wife asking me that question.

I see it normal. It’s the damn Tiny Pic website now that I can’t use Imgur. It happened to me the other night too. Was my beer pic sideways too?

If I could have one more brewery come to Arkansas and then not another one ever I would choose Firestone Walker. Access to Easy Jack and Stickee Monkey would make my life.

I'm popping this beer tonight because we closed on a refinance this week that gets me out of PMI for the first time ever. I bought my first house around 2001 and now own my third house. Forget you worthless ripoff insurance!!!

Sorry I missed that as a big Rundgren fan. I have that record on vinyl. Very interesting considering the nuclear situation currently.....

I appreciate the lesson. Immediately after that picture was taken, my kids started calling me Mr. Coffee Pants, after I spilled the entire glass of beer on myself. Next time, my pinky will be involved.

Did you open and drink it? Or just wonder what it would taste like.

A bit difficult to find here in Michigan, but in my opinion it's the best stuff to come out of Canada since the Kids in the Hall. Kentucky Bastard, Nickel Brook Brewing, Ontario. BBA version of their Bolshevik Bastard RIS.

First tried it last May in Frankenmuth, MI at the World Expo of Beer, and the bottle I found was from the year before that. Really interested to see them again at the Expo in a month.

I told you that in confidence! That one time, well 5 times. And once when there was a group but that’s it!

Actually, no. Might have to do with landscape mode and whether you picture taking device records which side should be up or not for other viewing devices to adjust, so I've heard (and kinda understand).

No I’m just drinking shitty Coronas and not bothering to post them. Coronas only look good when the sun’s out.

I might have had a hair too much to drink, I meant to say it does it or me.

Excellent IPA as always. Flavors of bright grapefruit, tangerine, peach, pineapple, lemon/orange peel, citrus rind, pepper, and pine hops; with some light caramel, bready malt balance; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Moderate pine, citrus rind, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body; moderately sticky/resinous/rindy hops with a fair amount of balancing malt creaminess in the mouthfeel. Moderate increasing resin/rind dryness, no hop astringency. Highly drinkable and very juicy/dank on hop flavors. Really classic tasting IPA, and one I always come back to. Always freshly available. Columbus, Centennial, and a bit of Simcoe going on.

Fantastic IPA! Aromas and flavors of big pineapple, peach, apricot, passion fruit, mango, melon, berry, white grape, tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, citrus peel/rind, green pepper, and pine hops; with moderate toasted bread, light honey/caramel malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body, and moderately crisp finishing. Balanced creamy/bready malts and sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Some resins/rinds, increasing bitter dryness, no hop astringency. Very easy drinking, never overly aggressive, 7%. Apollo, Centennial, and Galaxy hops in the brew process; but the Galaxy has the biggest presence all around. Extremely vibrant, juicy, dank, and earthy balanced hop complexity; nice solid bready malt backbone, with no residual sweetness. Just as impressive as the regular Galaxy-Hero, but a bit more resinous and drying.

One of my top favorite DT albums.

They definitely are! I slightly prefer Hawkbill, for some reason I can't quite place. Need to pick up some to do a side by side.
