Due to the strict village policies, the native hobo population in Villa Park is minimal. As such, a small amount will be bused in and they will be rented out on a first-come, first-served basis. And to clarify, the hobos aren't going to pick up the bottles. They will only used as placeholders until the line starts moving. At which point in time, the sponsoring neckbeard will return to their rightful place in line and the hobo will be paid and we will bus them back to their original place of slumber.

 

Do we have to pre-register for a hobo?

 

Yes. Pre-registration is free, but it doesn't guarantee you a hobo, only ensures people aren't able to loop back for multiple hobos.

Hobos have a strict code of ethics that precludes them from standing in line for beer. As such you will have to find homeless bums, hobos are migratory.

If we can't double dip on hobos, I'll have to hire a hobo to pre-register for other hobos. Damn, this is work!

So, they are basically saying to line up whenever you want and if the cops say to disperse, then go back to your car for a bit until the line forms again. A bunch of geniuses are running this release.

 

yeah, i had the same reaction. more openly advertising "plentiful" street parking isnt great, especially with a fucking 3 day release. i can't see the neighborhood coming out of this weekend happy.
