you could argue (if BAA has gone down) that that's a smaller anchor but that's a pretty nice 3:1 haul.

 

PN8 is very rare and tasty AF. I think it will only go up. BAA is BAA, and despite dropping a bit in value, it is still exclusive. All bottles on the STL side were $35-$40 bottle.

Based on the devaluation of MH, I think this is very solid offer—extremely fair, at the very least.

 

Definitely fair, IMO. For complete clarity, my comment above was only to suggest that I can't imagine this would hve happened like 6 months ago, since there were some KBBS level offers, and no bites. Never meant to suggest this was not fair, etc.

 

I mean all these abbreviations....BA Abraxas is the only one I know but I don't comb the message boards to keep up...little help

Not sure if this 2017 thread is appropriate (and day of trades are a different animal) but I traded a 18 Handjee for FVM + Spaceforce at the festival. Took me about two seconds to find someone very interested in a 1:2 trade so felt like maybe I was making a mistake but I think I made out well especially since I then traded the Spaceforce for the hopefully good Lounge.

I think day of DLD trades go both ways. Lots of people looking to get different bottles if they have 2 of the same, while others simply want to get something that appeals more to them if they got a BA they don't think they will like. Then, of course, there's people looking for a specific variant.

It's too early IMO to really know where your trade will stand, but another data point is certainly appreciated. It doesn't scream "crazy" to me, though, based on having read the DLD thread. Time will tell .

 

Seems like we should either start a new thread for 2018 Handjee, or amend the title of this one to not be year-specific.
