It’s an old school pale and an outstanding beer. Always got overshadowed by Zombie Dust

And one more ticket to the Lookout! gun show for @Hiwattowner . Too bad @JouerAvecLeFeu went AWOL(?). He was one hell of a Lookout Records aficionado, as I recall. Even had some of those bands play in his house!

That’s a good one. You can usually count on Billy Joe.

Awesome NEIPA. Aromas and flavors of big slightly tart/tangy guava, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, tangerine, lemon, grapefruit, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, berry, and citrus zest hops; with wheat, white bread dough malt balance; and herbal, floral, grassy earthiness. Very minimal pine/floral/grassy bitterness and fruit tang/tartness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; very creamy/bready/grainy wheat mouthfeel with slight hop stickiness. Minimal dryness, insanely drinkable and pretty refreshing. Super juicy and lightly dank hops/fruit; balanced bready malt backbone, not too sweet/heavy. Amazingly soft mouthfeel. Totally forgot about these in the back of my fridge, finished off my last can finally. From November, but still tasting delicious. Got some Shadynasty's to replace it recently.

Amazing IPA as always. Aromas and flavors of big grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, apricot, mango, citrus peel/rind, pepper, and pine hops; with moderate honey, toasted bread malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body; balanced creamy/bready malt and sticky/resinous/rindy hops in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing resin dryness, no hop astringency. Very drinkable and not overly aggressive. Even with the new hops they added for the 1.1 version, it still tastes like the original Chinook/Centennial hop profile the most. Hope we keep getting these fresh cans more often now. I will keep buying them. Perfectly balanced juicy and dank hop complexity; with a nice solid malt backbone. A true classic IPA. Pretty much just as impressive as the first time I reviewed it over 6 years ago. Will get more Arrogant cans soon as well.

First beer is a 2nd Shift Brewing Little Big Hop Session IPA. Baseball tonight, son got the start & they had a wertched 1st inning. They scored 7 on lots of horrid D to include my son. They ended up losing 6-12. He did hit a triple that was going to be an inside the parker, but he stumbled at firstbase. Es machts nichts

Not sure why it gets low ratings, I find the beer pleasant, what are your thoughts on the Magnify beers you had tonight ?

Strangely enough the more hazy juice bombs I drink the more I appreciate ligter and clear beers in the style. Who would have not there could be such a correlation!

Really good stuff albeit strong and assertive (as expected). Somewhat sweet and boozy and really delicious but glad I got a single rather than the four pack. Bigger beer in a 16oz serving than Im usually looking for these days.

Despite sloppy play the Yankees via Gleyber managed to pull it off in the bottom of the 10th.

    Cheers!
