Well, I think Ms Frank in cans would be the most perfect haha. So damn good. Quip is also very unique and tasty beer.

I picked up 2 bottles of the Kinda Classic yesterday, looking forward to tasting those. And 100 Ft North on tap was superb as well.

Tried it last night. Aroma reminded me of a hefe right off the bat with banana and floral notes. Similar flavor but peppery. I kept thinking it was a lighter, cleaner version of the Braupakt. I really enjoyed it and finished the bottle far too easily.

Had some of this at Proletariat’s 6th anny party tonight in NYC. It was perfect for a humid night and stood out against all the hazy IPAs on tap (which I love but a lot of the time I want a Beer).

A ridiculously cleansed aroma, given the lemon, citrus, coriander, and kaffir-lime leaves…That biscuit-y, barley – "Hudson Valley Malt” – is dynamite with sensible acidity, and prickly grassy/oak funk

Agreed on all fronts. Such a delicious beer. Huge surprise for me too. I’m not a huge witbier guy - and I know this isn’t a traditional witbier - but this knocked my socks off.

Fine line is ridiculously good - easily the best kolsch that I have ever had.

They’d just tapped it at the place I went to dinner last night in Brooklyn - fantastic beer

Came up a day early! Qualify and Fine Line cans still available though so no complaints. Plus Local Boy. Kinda Classic.

This Fine Line is divine. Local Boy is divine.

Renting a house in the Catskills June 17-23 and definitely going to check the place out (finally) - stoked. @ONovoMexicano or any of the other guys that go regularly - anything to know outside of what’s on their website/instagram? Are those wed 3-6, fri/sat/sun 1-6 hours reliable (outside of obvious holidays)? Any tips about when to go or what to order etc?

I’ll have my two year old with me (who’s well behaved and who I’d remove if he wasn’t) - sounds like that’s ok?

Excited for you, man. Such a great place. Notice that on the 22nd they have their anniversary party and it appears to be in Hudson rather than at the brewery. Not sure how that will affect hours on that day, but the party seems to be plenty of fun anyway and worth attending. I think Ima try to make it.

Kids are welcome at the brewery, sometimes little Enzo Suarez is there.

Hours are consistent with what is posted and their website is pretty accurate as far as availability. On Wednesdays they were doing vintage bottle pours but I can’t tell if that has gone away. Wish I’d been up just once for that.

As far as ordering, I like to start with one of the lagers and then want to drink all of the lagers. Haha.

Seriously though, start with the lagers, end with the wilds. I haven’t even touched the pale ales the last few visits other than Quip which i highly recommend as it is a unique and satisfying beer.

Buy as much as you can to take home because you’ll be kicking yourself whennyou run out and have to contemplate another 2+ hour drive. Haha.

Awesome info thanks a lot man! And thanks for pointing out the anniversary party - I’d read about it only a couple days ago but my goldfish brain already forgot about it. DM me if you go and I’ll see if we can make it up that day too

@rozzom do not leave their without a pour of Palatine from the source

@ONovoMexicano you are doing yourself a huge disservice, if "Crispy Little" hasn't made it's way onto your palate
