@rozzom Suarez for you tomorrow, right? Debating whether to head up tomorrow or Friday. I'd prefer the anniversary party but haven't found any partners-in-crime available to join me so I am thinking twice now.

If I do head up on Friday, can anyone suggest a place for camping? I'm thinking that's the way to go rather than trying to get back to the city after the party.

Amazing spot and great to hang out with @ONovoMexicano and have a few beers there!

Got two summer whoa and one each of the other three bottles (they told ONovo that there was a decent amount of the summer whoa left but to buy it sooner rather than later). And had palatine, local boy and while on tap - all excellent. Wanted to get growlers too, but was trying to keep the tab down.

Really cool space, everyone working there seemed like really good people. And my son got some quality play time outside with Enzo - they sat in front of the backhoe and dumped dirt on each other while we got to chat with Taylor which was cool. Was great to hear about their journey to get to this point and the challenges of having a kid at the same time.

Great times - can’t wait to get back!

You guys are killing this fanboy who is too far away to stop by. Killing me in the best way possible.

I may need to look into "sponsoring" a trip out there.

Damn it. I go up days before every release and miss em. Haha. If y'all see me up there, expect a release soon after.

Anyone had the Summer Whoa yet? Can't wait to crack one, but been running around like a madman.

I drank one yesterday. Delicious beer. Definitely tart, which I like. Not going to lie, I didn’t get any obvious peach, but then again I think I have a sub-standard palate (not being modest - it’s the truth haha) so perhaps someone else may clearly pick it up.

Also just did a 55 mile ride and cracked the bottle of kinda classic you told me to buy - thank you for steering me in that direction! Fantastic beer and perfect for the moment

Can't be too saddened with a striking bottle list and the killer draft offerings -

Great idea. I'll get my Honda CR-V decked out like a race car, and maybe a yellow "Mipper" jumpsuit.

    EDIT: "Formula Mipper"

Total opposite experience/palate on my end. Summer Whoa smells and tastes like a perfectly ripe peach. As Dan said in his description, it's not that candy sweet fake peach. It's like picking up a peach at the store and smelling it. I was absolutely blown away by this beer and it's everything I wanted it to be. Hands down my favorite Suarez beer in the last year, possibly ever. But stone fruit sours/wilds are my favorite thing in the world, so I'm a bit biased.

I had my second bottle last night. Maybe my palate was just off / something up with me first time round, because the peach was a lot more prevalent.

And just to be clear - with or without noticeably picking it up, it’s a delicious beer and I can’t stand candy/fake/overpowering fruit in beer

Aren't you glad you got a few bottles of that Summer Whoa @rozzom ? I finally cracked one open tonight. Remarkably peach. Bursts from the bottle to your nose and to the palate. Beautiful. I appreciated the usual Suarez touch of restraint and mellowness as far as the beer as the whole, I think it allowed me to dissect the nuances of a peach in ways I'd never do while actually eating one. Haha.

Heading up there tomorrow for the first time. Pretty excited based off of the beers i've had on tap in nyc.

Is the beer list on their website up to date?

I really hope I can pick up some cans and some bottles.

Site is pretty accurate: you’ll be strolling into a new run of Palatine and the first canning of Cabana
