    This just dropped around town this week with relative good hype behind it. Let’s see;

    Wild Leap Brewing - Alpha Abstraction [Vol I]
    Brewed in LaGrange, GA
    8% DIPA; double dry hopped with Loral + Citra

    Nose is rather muted at first, but as it warms I’m getting some aromas of citrus, peach/nectarine hint of tropical fruits. Taste is much more prevalent with the stone fruit flavors upfront followed by some citrus and mango notes. Super smooth, with a small alcohol bite on the finish. Great stuff here! Not badly priced at 12.99 a six for what it is either.

    Aroma is fused with a bourbon fruity presence of dark figs, raisins, prunes, yogurt, and hints of blackberry

    Notes are prefaced by a vanilla-chocolate brownie batter foray with fudge and a caramelized brown sugar inclination. Tendencies open to more honey and molasses, as toffee, black licorice, oaked wood, and smoked malt play the more subtle role. A prolonged break permits the smooth, clean, dark fruit prevalence convoyed by the silky, chewy, sticky composition
