Ya, he could have left with 7 cases - good day indeed

To clarify . I was referring to the facility and the money they spent on the grounds to make it customer friendly

All three facilities I visited were nice but tree house has a wow factor.

Not knocking any of them. I’m grateful they all exist.

I had an interesting experience at the border

    Anything to declare

    Yes 176 liters of beer

    How much?

    176 liters.

    How much????

Lol. Apparently I was only allowed 45. The Canadian authorities were kind enough to allow me to return to Montana and even suggested a local bar for storage. A week later I drove back with three friends to claim the balance

    Alchemists
    Tree house
    Hillfarmstead
    Lawson’s
    60 minute and 90 minute
    10 growlers
23 lunch from mAine beer company and a variety of six others from there
    And so much more.

    It was a free trip

Between beer, cigars and bbq I have a lot of friends inspite of my personality flaws.

Regarding beer quality I agree with you.

I preferred the TH facility and ability to buy so much but VT is arguably the best beer state in the USA and HFS is the best brewery in VT

I just noticed that my Driver's license has my eye color and hair color right next to each other. It says HAZ BRO

Doesn't get much more official than that. Kinda wish my name was Nick Beard.

Way better than former NASCAR driver, Dick Trickle!

I'm as big of a Hill Farmstead fanboy as you will find and yes, they make the best beer of anyone overall buuut I don't think I'd knock someone for preferring TH hoppy stuff to theirs.

I wonder if TH will ever make hoppy beer out of Monson again....I would love to taste Monson Julius against Charlton Julius to see the differences. I sometimes miss that crazy juicy fruit bubblegum flavor and am starting to wonder if it was just all in my imagination at this point!

I think they have. I'm pretty sure the most recent KJ was brewed out of Monson as well as a few others. The first couple batches of Hurricane possibly.

I could be wrong, of course.

Doubleganger is complete fire btw. I almost got asked to leave the premises today when I saw cases of it behind the sale area and sported a full chub. Fortunately the 1 pp limit brought it down to a halfer so I was able to purchase my allotment.

I heard from a few people that the equipment was moved from Monson to Charlton. Any spies want to sneak in and get pics of the old place?

Heading up for the first time on Tuesday. What can I expect in terms of lines? Any good restaurants in town in to check out

BTs smoke house down the street is mandatory for the pilgrimage. The lines will be medium due to pours.

    Doppelganger added today, case limit

What a ton of great beers to get today, wow. They tend to save the heavy hitters for Friday/Saturday too, I look forward to seeing what's going to drop

Save for a very few handful of times, they don't package beer on Saturday, heavy hitters or otherwise.

Sadly it looks like I will miss Green this week. I'm assuming it will be out tmrw or Fri

Should be good for Pours later today. All the Brights will keep the haze bros away
